I spent 17 years inside enterprise cybersecurity at global financial institutions, working at the intersection of cyber risk, defense strategy, and control investment.
As Head of Cyber Controls at a global systemic bank, I built and ran the frameworks that determined which cyber controls got funded. I governed a $100M cyber enhancement program, deciding investment priorities based on risk. I built reporting for regulators and the board. I was the person who shaped whether a vendor category made it to evaluation.
I now bring that perspective to cyber startups. I help seed-stage founders build GTM that works with how enterprise buyers actually think. And I help Series A+ teams recover high-value deals that have stalled.
The world depends on cybersecurity innovation. The best cyber products shouldn't fail because of avoidable GTM mistakes. That's why I do this.
