The trick is to identify and pull the right levers for each deal. That is what we’ll do in the Cyber Deal Rescue Program.

What is the price?

I separate each deal into a viability Check and a Fix, priced separately. There is also a success fee.

Check: Assessment of whether the deal is winnable within the defined timeframe. Includes full analysis of the deal’s history - $1k / deal

Fix: Development of the exact tactics to maximize your chance of winning the deal. Scope includes: targeting of buyer roles, messaging scripting, proof asset outlines, demo/POC restructuring, offer restructuring, negotiation advice, as required - $3k / deal

Success Fee: For deals won within your defined timeframe - 15% of the deal value (minus $4k flat fee paid for Check and Fix of that deal)

You pay the success fee on the value of the deal on the table. Any future renewals don’t count.

After the viability Check, you’re not obligated to follow through with the Fix even on viable deals.

Why do I pay for the Check and Fix upfront, not just the success fee?

Answer:

The upfront Check payment exists to ensure I have the availability to work on your high-value deals. The upfront payment serves as a gate that filters out other people's desperate attempts to rescue long-dead or never-viable deals just because it costs nothing.

If you don’t think killing an unviable deal will save you $1k, don’t do it.

The upfront Fix payment exists to confirm your commitment to this deal and to performing the rescue actions that I design for you.
